Home wine in our winery is made from berries and fruits collected in our garden and nearby forests and swamps. Wine assortment is different every year and it depends on harvest. For example one year rowan can be full of berries, but another year there can be a few berry clusters on a tree. All wines are made from freshly collected fruits, berries and juice. There are wines which are made from clear juice, and those which are made from puree that is made from fruits and berries. So called ice wine is an exception, because it is made from frozen berries and fruits. Traditional wine yeast is used in wine making process, and this is the key for a qualitative product. Oak is usually used in stabilization of wine. The product contains no preservatives.
